Shipping Locations
We ship both domestically and internationally. However, certain regions or countries may have restrictions; please verify availability during checkout.
Shipping Methods
For deliveries within India we have partnered with trusted carriers, Blue Dart and India Post, to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
For international deliveries we have partnered with trusted carriers, UPS and Fedex, to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
Order Processing Time
Non – Customized Products orders are processed typically within 2 working days.
Customized product orders are processed typically within 5 working days.
Cut-off time: Non – Customized Products orders placed before 10 AM IST are typically processed same day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro cities: 2-5 business days
- Other locations: 3-7 business days
- International: 6-14 business days (excluding customs clearance time)
Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate.
- India : Speed Post (Usually delivers within 4 days. Extremely reliable.) – Rs 43 + GST
- India : Blue Dart Air (Express Delivery within 2-3 days) – Rs 120 + GST
Domestic Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate – Rs. 3500
Order Tracking & Communication
- Tracking information is provided via email once order ships
- Real-time tracking is available through carrier websites

- Customer service is available Monday-Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
Packaging
Our products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer eco-friendly packaging options at this time.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting us immediately. Our team will verify the situation and work to resolve it, including options for a replacement or refund if necessary.
Order Cancellations

Special Considerations
- Address changes: Must be requested within 24 hours of order placement
- Bulk orders: Special shipping arrangements available; please inquire
- Undelivered packages: Returned to sender after 3 delivery attempts
International Shipping Notes
- Import duties and taxes are responsibility of recipient
- Customs clearance may add 2-5 business days to delivery time
- Accurate customs declarations provided for all shipments
